Information Literacy
Information Literacy is one of the key literacies required to learn effectively in today's information rich eletronic environment. Students working in collaborative design teams need to utilise information and resources from a wide range of sources effectively. They also need to understand issues around creating, managing and sharing their own content. Both of these are significant elements of an information literacy programme. The DIDET Project has introduced the embedding of Information Literacy education within Design Engieering teaching and learning at Strathclyde.
